Programme Introduction

The IQF MBA Top-Up is a fast-track postgraduate pathway designed for learners who already hold a recognised postgraduate diploma in management, business, or leadership. This one-year programme allows learners to upgrade their existing qualifications into a full Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Entry Profile

Applicants are expected to have one of the following:

• A Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management / Strategic Management and Leadership (Level 7) or an equivalent qualification carrying at least 120 credits

• Substantial professional or managerial experience (for mature learners, subject to approval)

• English language proficiency evidence (for learners from non-English-speaking backgrounds)
